Returns & Exchanges

At Manucurist, we want you to love your green manicure, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept items that are in their original packaging and perfect condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused nail polishes or sets in their original box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
